			<description><![CDATA[Maybe I just dont get it but what the heck is public bluebooking. Bluebooking as I understand it is personal thoughts and actions that PC's character use to reflect on the last session and make some plans for the next. Wouldnt &quot;public bluebooking&quot; be best handled through side scenes and PM's?
