Professor Archibald Whytes Theories on Pyros
Pyros must be a natural Phenomenon. There is no other explanation, else wise how would it work to create such wonders? How could it create life, albeit souless life? The Creatures known as Pandorans lust for it as if it where as precious to them as Oxygen, and the Pyros is capable of great things, not limited to, but certain including creation. Creation of life. Creation of amazing transmutations.
There are many theories on the Pyros, the most well known of these theories is that this was some of the divine fire stolen from the Gods themselves. Laughable? Very. I am not a religious man, I am a man of science. The divine spark must be more then a fairy tale. Take the scale of the cellular structure and the molecules that burn deep within. The Atom is a thing of great energy, and this is where we begin our search for the Pyros.
When an atom collides with one another, it creates a burst of energy that is the cornerstone for life and evolution. Is it presumptuous to think that the Pyros is a similar energy that operates on a much larger scale? I think not. The energy shares a similar property in that it creates. The alchemical ingredients, however, are still very much a mystery...however in this mans opinion, atomic energy is certainly a starting point.
